L’Opera - Layers of soft almond sponge cake, chocolate chai ganache and smooth coffee buttercream, and topped white chocolate glaze and a gentle sprinkle of cinnamon Tarte Citrouille - A buttery almond frangipane base infused with spiced pumpkin, filled with cranberries, topped with smooth vanilla mascarpone and pumpkin seeds Arc Citrouille - Layers of dark chocolate ganache and mousse wrapped around a creamy vanilla pumpkin mascarpone center, resting on a soft pumpkin sponge. Tarte Pomme - Layers of smooth vanilla caramel crémeux with a apple-cinnamon center, topped with light vanilla mousse and apple crumbs. Delysees Eclair - A golden éclair filled with salted caramel vanilla crémeux, topped with a caramel glaze and a playful crunch of caramel popcorn.
